Supervision of the Final Year Projects (PFE) of the Food Design Lab's "New Food Practices Design" students from the Nantes Atlantique Design School.
The Lab brings together public and private players, companies, associations, local authorities and universities, in the field of food products, presentation systems and all food-related spaces, products and services.
Supervision of the PFEs began in 2020.
